These terms apply when you use kognevaai.com or watch Kogneva AI videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. They are short and in plain words. By using the website or our channels, you agree to them.

What Kogneva AI is

Kogneva AI makes free videos and articles in Bangla that explain artificial intelligence (AI) and show how to use AI tools in daily life. Everything is for learning only. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Using our videos and articles

  • You are welcome to watch, share links to and talk about our videos and articles.
  • Please don't download and re-upload, sell or edit our videos as your own, or use our name and logo, without written permission. Email kognevaai@gmail.com to ask.
  • Some scenes are made with AI. We mark them on screen with "এআই দিয়ে তৈরি দৃশ্য" (scene made with AI).

AI tools we show

The apps and websites we show (for example ChatGPT, Gemini or Google tools) belong to other companies. They have their own terms, prices and privacy rules, and they can change at any time. We are not part of those companies unless we clearly say so. Check a tool's own terms before you use it, and never type passwords, OTP codes or bank details into an AI tool.

Accuracy

We check our facts and try hard to be correct, but AI changes quickly and we can make mistakes. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it. Use what you learn carefully and at your own risk.

Comments and messages

  • Be respectful. We remove spam, scams, hate, harassment and personal information (phone numbers, addresses).
  • Kogneva AI will never ask you for money, passwords, OTP codes or bKash/Nagad PINs. Anyone who does in our name is a scammer: please report them to us.

Our responsibility

We share our content free and "as is". As far as the law allows, Kogneva AI is not responsible for any loss that comes from using our content or the third-party tools we show. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control those sites.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
