Kogneva AI makes free videos in Bangla that explain artificial intelligence (AI) in simple words. This page explains what information we collect on kognevaai.com and on our social channels, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete anything about you.
Who we are
Kogneva AI is run by a small team in Bangladesh. For any privacy question or request, email kognevaai@gmail.com.
What we collect on this website
You can read this website without an account, and we don't ask for your name, phone number or email.
- Server logs: like every website, our server records your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and safe, and they are deleted automatically after about 14 days.
- Two small cookies, only to remember your choices: "theme" (light or dark mode) and "lang" (Bangla or English). They contain nothing else and are not used for tracking.
We don't use advertising, tracking pixels or analytics services on this website, and we don't share your information with advertisers.
Our YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels
When you watch, like, comment on or message our videos and pages, that happens on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, and their own privacy policies apply. We can see what those platforms show to any channel owner: your public profile name and picture, your comments and messages to us, and statistics that do not identify you (for example, how many people watched a video).
We use this only to reply to you, to remove spam or abuse, and to learn which videos help people most. We never sell it and never use it to contact you anywhere else.
How we use YouTube, Meta and TikTok services
Our own tools use the YouTube API Services, Meta's APIs (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok's Content Posting API to upload and schedule our own videos on our own channels and to read the comments and statistics described above. They only connect to Kogneva AI's own accounts; we never ask for access to your account.
By watching our videos on YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy, Meta's is at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy, and TikTok's is at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you ever give a Kogneva AI tool access to your Google account, you can remove that access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Where it is stored and who can see it
The website and its data are on our own server. Only the two members of the Kogneva AI team can access it. We share information only if the law requires it.
Children
Our videos are for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Cookies: you can delete them in your browser at any time; the site still works.
- Comments and messages: you can delete them yourself on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
- Anything else: email kognevaai@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us your profile name or link. We will delete what we hold about you within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
